Terms & Conditions (Service Agreement)

1. Overview
By purchasing or subscribing to WinCampaign (including WinCampaign+), services provided by RCLIFECHANGER DIGIBIZ INC., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
WinCampaign is a subscription-based social media content and systems platform designed to support business owners and professionals with marketing consistency, visibility, and execution.
This agreement defines your rights and responsibilities as a WinCampaign subscriber and outlines how WinCampaign operates and protects its intellectual property.
2. Subscription Access & Use Rights
Upon successful payment, WinCampaign grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the WinCampaign platform and materials for your own business use during your active subscription period.
Your subscription may include access to:
    • The WinCampaign content hub
    • Digital assets, templates, and marketing materials
    • Training resources and guides
    • Platform features associated with your selected plan
You do not acquire ownership of any WinCampaign content, systems, trademarks, or intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of WinCampaign.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WinCampaign materials and systems:
    • For lawful business and marketing purposes only
    • In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Without false claims, misrepresentation, or unethical marketing practices
You may not:
    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute WinCampaign content
    • Share login credentials with unauthorized users
    • Copy, reproduce, or adapt materials for resale or public distribution
4. Subscription Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
You authorize WinCampaign to charge your payment method on file according to your selected billing cycle. Pricing, features, and inclusions may change with reasonable notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
    • New subscriptions are eligible for a one-time 7-day refund, starting from the original purchase date.
    • After the 7 days, all payments are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital content, systems, and proprietary materials.
    • Cancellation after the refund window stops future billing but does not issue a refund for past charges.
    • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Non-Compete & Brand Protection
As an active WinCampaign subscriber, you agree not to create, duplicate, or sell any business, platform, program, or service that is substantially similar to or directly competes with WinCampaign or WinSimpleSocial, using WinCampaign materials, systems, or proprietary methods.
If you wish to build or participate in a similar or competing system, you must:
    1. Cancel your WinCampaign subscription in writing, and
    2. Wait two (2) years from the date of cancellation or termination before launching or participating in any competing business or service derived from WinCampaign systems.
This clause exists to protect the integrity, clients, systems, and intellectual property of the WinCampaign ecosystem and to ensure fair market ethics.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action for breach of agreement.
7. Partnered Brand Affiliates & Fulfillment Disclosure
WinCampaign may work with partnered brand affiliates who promote WinCampaign subscriptions.
    • You may subscribe to WinCampaign through a link, referral, or promotion from an approved partner or affiliate.
    • These partners may receive a commission for referring your subscription.
    • WinCampaign is solely responsible for fulfilling the subscription service, including platform access, content delivery, support, and ongoing updates.
Your subscription agreement, service experience, and support are directly with WinCampaign, regardless of how you were referred.
8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All content, templates, systems, training materials, and platform features provided by WinCampaign are confidential and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subscribers may not:
    • Share or distribute materials publicly or privately
    • Use WinCampaign content to create competing platforms or memberships
    • Remove branding, copyright notices, or proprietary markings
9. Platform Availability & Updates
WinCampaign may update, modify, or enhance platform features, content, or functionality at any time to improve user experience.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination of Access
WinCampaign reserves the right to suspend or terminate access—without refund—if a subscriber:
    • Violates these Terms & Conditions
    • Misuses the platform or content
    • Engages in unethical, misleading, or unlawful activity
    • Breaches the Non-Compete & Brand Protection clause
Upon termination, all access to WinCampaign systems and materials will be revoked.
11. Limitation of Liability
WinCampaign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the platform.
You acknowledge that:
    • Marketing and business results are not guaranteed
    • Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and execution
    • You are solely responsible for your business decisions and results
12. No Earnings Guarantee
WinCampaign is a content and systems support platform. We do not guarantee income, revenue, or financial results.
Any examples or references to success or growth are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.
14. Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase or continuing your subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
