At WinCampaign, we want you to feel confident in your membership. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your initial sign-up, you’re eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.
Cancel Anytime – No Lock-In Contracts
We understand that business needs change. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time, but refunds are not available after the 7-day initial sign-up period.
🚨Important: The 7-day refund policy applies only to first-time sign-ups and does not cover renewals, recurring payments, or plan upgrades.
You can cancel anytime, but refunds aren’t available. Don’t worry—you’ll still have full access to the hub and services until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Plan Policy
- The first annual payment covers 12 months and is non-refundable after 7 days.
- You may downgrade or cancel after completing your first full year.
4-5-Month Payment Plan Flexibility
We offer flexibility with our 4-5 month payment plan:
- ✔️ You may request a one-time payment skip, allowing you to defer one monthly payment without penalty.
- ✔️ If the next month’s payment is not made, access to the WinCampaign Hub and done-for-you social media services (WinBiggest Plan) will be on hold until payment is received. Once reactivated, services will continue where they left off.
- ✔️ You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued—even if cancellation is requested within 7 days of a renewal payment.
4-5 Month Payment Plan: Paused or Canceled Subscriptions
- Paused Payments: If you pause your payments, you’ll still have access to the WinCampaign Hub until the end of your current billing period. Once you resume payments, your access will be restored.
- Canceled Subscriptions: If you cancel, your Hub access will end after your current period. If you’re on the WinBiggest Plan, your social media services will also stop after the current period.
