WinCampaign Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the WinCampaign Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities as a WinCampaign affiliate.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

As a WinCampaign affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers to our services. This agreement outlines the terms of participation in the program, including the commission structure, payment process, and responsibilities.

2. Commission Structure

• • • Sign Up To Monthly Plan: Earn a 15% commission for every new customer who subscribes to any WC plan using your referral link.
    • Sign Up To Annual Plan: Earn a 20% commission for every new customer who subscribes to any WC plan using your referral link.

3. How You Earn

• • • Ongoing Income: As long as your referred customers maintain their subscriptions and you remain an active subscriber with WinCampaign, you will continue to earn commissions.
    • Commission Accrual: Commissions begin accruing once your referral successfully makes a payment, and will be processed as described in Section 4.

4. Payment Process

• • • Payment Method: All commissions are paid directly to your PayPal account. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal information is accurate and up to date.
    • Commission Processing: Commissions are processed 60 days after your referral pays to allow for any potential cancellations or refunds. Please refer to Sections 8 and 9 for the affiliate commission payment schedule.
    • Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions will only be paid once your accrued earnings reach a minimum of $50. Once you meet this threshold, payments will be automatically processed.

5. Taxes and Fees

As an affiliate, you are responsible for the payment of any taxes, fees, or bank charges associated with your commission payouts. WinCampaign does not withhold taxes or cover any additional bank fees that may arise from the transfer of your earnings.

6. Requirements for Payment

To qualify for commission payouts, affiliates must meet the following conditions:

• • • Active Subscription: You must have an active, paid WinCampaign subscription at the time of payment.

    • Valid Referral: Commissions will only be paid for valid referrals where the referred customer maintains their subscription for at least 60 days without cancellation.

    • Accurate Information: Affiliates must provide accurate PayPal details for commission payments. Failure to do so may result in delays or non-payment.

7. Forfeiture of Commissions

In the event of any of the following, accrued commissions may be forfeited:

• • • Inactive Status: If you are no longer an active subscriber with WinCampaign at the time of payout, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

    • Violation of Terms: Engaging in deceptive practices, fraudulent activities, or violating any terms of this agreement will result in the forfeiture of all accrued commissions.

    • Failure to Meet Threshold: If the minimum payout threshold of $100 is not reached within 12 months, your accrued commissions will be forfeited and your affiliate status may be revoked.

9. Affiliate Commission Payment Schedule after April 25, 2025

• • • Payout Date: Payments will occur on the 2nd of each month

    • Cut-Off Date: Commissions for qualifying sales are subject to 60-day hold period. Only commissions confirmed by the end of the second month prior to payout date are eligible for payment.

    • Example:
      For a payout on July 2nd, only sales made between April 1 to April 30 are eligible. Sales after April 30th roll over to the following payout period. Payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details. WinCampaign is not liable for payment delays due to inaccurate information.

    • Validation Period: Commissions are subject to 60-day validation period to account for refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations.

Transition Period: All eligible sales from February 25 to 28, 2025, will be combined with March sales and included in the June 2nd payout.

10. Affiliate Responsibilities

• • • Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including your PayPal email, for commission payouts.

    • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to online marketing and affiliate practices.

    • Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from using deceptive or fraudulent tactics, such as false advertising, spamming, or making misleading claims, to generate referrals.

10. Termination

WinCampaign reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program for violations of these terms or for any activities that harm the reputation or operations of WinCampaign.

11. Modifications

WinCampaign may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes and will be required to agree to the updated terms to continue participating in the program.
